This episode was a very emotional and well written start to the series itself. The teaser was fantastic and had me hooked straight away. As small 'mystery' begins right off the bat. The details of the episode were spot on.
There were some flaws. I felt as though a few things were not neccesary. However, this can get easily overlooked as the episode keeps you stuck from beginning to end. If you are simply enjoying it, they are so minor mistakes and such that they aren't even noticed.
Another big problem for me was that a man with '250 pounds of muscle' simply faints. I don't see how that happens, but again, it goes unnoticed unless I get picky with things.
I thought this was an amazing first episode of this series. In fact, of any series that I've read. Now, I can't wait to read more! AWESOME!
